and aim for zero returns and zero rework of our delivered files.
achieve this in several ways.
All of this is done for one reason:
- Our project management database and scripting solutions
automate functions such as item tracking, packing lists, naming (limiting
human data entry errors), metadata handling, and the creation of derivative
- Our equipment used in the playback of your media
types, and the software used in our audio/video transcoding, is the best
in the industry.
- We use the highest quality media for all of your
access copies, and we can document this claim!
- Our QA process ensures that every file on the delivery
medium is opened and auditioned on a different computer to assure readability
by the end user. All files are checked at their beginning and end for
completeness, and are spot-checked throughout our production process
to assure consistency. This process includes validation of all file names
and content against cataloging data supplied by the client, and proofreading
of all embedded metadata. Every file goes through this rigor,
and there is never an additional charge for QA.
